i went through a lot with this. sellers product didnt fully meet requirements, then i had to pay for missing parts(shipping and tarriffs) that should have been included in the product and i had to repair the product myself. They did send me the product parts that were missing but only after i escalated the case to alibaba.

I ordered a pair of fire rated windows from this seller I requested the labels showing the fire ratings to be on the windows as my inspector required it. I later received my windows without the labels. Then when I asked the seller to send the labels, they insisted I pay to ship the labels. This order of is my payment for them to ship me the labels they forgot to put on my windows. It was extremely unprofessional.
